Feedback & complaints We want to know what you think about us and what we do, and welcome your feedback. This is particularly important where you think we can improve or if you think we've made a mistake. We are run by our members and for our members so what we do needs to match what you need. Please contact us if you have any comments to make. Complaints If you feel we have made a mistake or done something you found unsatisfactory, we’d like to hear from you so we can put it right.
